Agreement for using FeedOracle services

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FeedOracle's API services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

FeedOracle provides:

• Blockchain sustainability data APIs
• Carbon intensity and ESG data feeds
• Attestation and cryptographic receipt services
• Economic and regulatory data aggregation

3. Account & API Keys

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping API keys secure
• Do not share API keys or allow unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any security breach

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Resell data without authorization
• Use Services for illegal purposes
• Interfere with service operation
• Reverse engineer our systems

5. Fees & Payment

• Free tier: No charge within limits
• Paid plans: Billed as per selected plan
• A2A: Pay-per-call via USDC on Polygon
• Prices may change with 30-day notice
• No refunds for partial months

6. Data & Intellectual Property

• We aggregate data from third-party sources
• Data is provided "as-is" without warranty
• You may use data for your internal business purposes
• FeedOracle retains all IP rights to our systems

7. Service Levels

• Free/Developer/Pro: Best-effort, no SLA
• Enterprise: SLA as per contract (99.5% target)
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Check status page for current status

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in last 12 months
• We do not guarantee data accuracy from third-party sources

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FeedOracle against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

10. Termination

• You may cancel anytime via dashboard
• We may suspend for Terms violations
• We may terminate with 30-day notice
• Upon termination, your API keys are revoked

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice 30 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in German courts.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
